How long does it take to set up uxspire?

Setup is simple and takes just a few minutes. Add our tracking code to your website and you can start collecting data right away. Our support team is with you throughout the entire process.

Is uxspire GDPR-compliant?

uxspire is designed privacy-friendly and supports privacy signals like GPC and Do Not Track by default. A consent API, opt-out support and deletion functions for individual users are on board. Whether your specific use is GDPR-compliant additionally depends on your legal basis, consent implementation and a suitable data processing agreement (DPA).

Can I connect uxspire with other tools?

Direct product integrations with tools like Google Analytics, Slack or Jira are already reflected in the plan limits, but not yet implemented as usable connections in the app. Today, the HTTP ingestion API and CSV exports for survey data are available to bring data into existing workflows.

What support do I get after purchasing?

All uxspire customers get access to our support team and documentation. The Enterprise plan additionally includes personal onboarding and training – so you get the most out of the platform.
